DepositPay is an operating deposit that opens production. It is drawn down by invoices, not added as an extra fee. A first invoice of $400 leaves $100 on the balance. A first invoice of $8,000 means you transfer the remaining $7,500. If you place the deposit and do not go live, the $500 is returned in full.
A new title is prepared from the studio release, so it can be published on the day the studio ships it.
Invoices are issued on the 1st for the previous month and are due within 10 days. After that the API pauses until the invoice is paid, then access returns on its own. Paying in the first three days avoids the pause.
