This policy explains what VeltonX reads when you open https://veltonx.com, what the staging form asks for, and what happens after you send a request.

Using the site means you accept the practices described on this page.

1. Information we collect

Information you send

The staging form asks for:

• Your name
• A Telegram ID, a WhatsApp number, or both
• Your company website
• Project stage, timeline, and product type
• Region, countries, number of projects, and a GGR band
• How you heard about VeltonX
• An optional message
• Messages you type in the chat on this site

You choose what to enter. The site does not open player accounts and does not ask for player data.

Information the browser sends

Opening a page can reveal:

• IP address
• Browser and device type
• Page address and language
• Time of the request

This site does not run a separate analytics tool. Those details show up in ordinary hosting logs and in the request your browser sends to Google when the page loads fonts.

2. How we use it

What you send is used to:

• Answer the staging request
• Talk about credentials, markets, and commercial terms
• Keep a record of the conversation you started
• Notice misuse of the form

We do not sell, rent, or trade this information.

3. Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not set a tracking cookie of its own.

These items stay in the browser:

• The language you pick is kept in local storage, so the next visit opens in the same language.
• An unfinished form stays in session storage until you close the tab. A finished request is sent to VeltonX and then removed from this browser.
• The chat keeps an HttpOnly cookie so the same thread is still here when you come back. It is not an advertising cookie.

You can clear them from the browser settings. The page still works if you do.

4. Services that see a request

A few outside services see part of a visit, because the page uses them:

• Google Fonts, to load the typefaces on the page
• The host that serves veltonx.com, which may keep ordinary access logs
• Google Sheets, where a finished staging request is stored for the team

Those services handle the data needed to deliver the font or the page. VeltonX does not pass the form to an advertising network.

5. Security

A finished request is sent to VeltonX over HTTPS and stored so the team can answer it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. How long we keep it

A draft stays on your device only while the tab is open. A finished request is removed from this browser and kept for as long as we need it to answer you, to continue the commercial conversation that follows, or for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete a request you already sent.

A chat thread is kept on our server so the conversation can continue and, later, be attached to a sales record. You can ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you the request we hold
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop using it for a purpose you no longer accept

Use the Telegram or WhatsApp contact from the request. We reply there, once we can tell the request is yours.

8. Links to other sites

Pages may link to studios, messengers, or other sites. Their privacy practices are their own. This policy stops at veltonx.com.

9. Changes to this policy

If this text changes, the new version replaces this page and the date at the top moves with it. The date on this version is 30 September 2026.
